larger_children.benefit.jpgOn Saturday, March 26, the Colby-Curtis Museum in Stanstead will be holding a benefit event for the Children's Wish Foundation. The event, a sugar on snow party, will take place on the grounds of the museum from 1 to 3 p.m.

On tap (so to speak) will be all kinds of maple products, courtesy of Paul-Émile Laliberté. Barry Stevens will be offering horse and wagon rides. There will also be live music in the museum barn, face painting, steamed hot dogs, homemade beans, donuts, popcorn, hot chocolate, and lots of good cheer.

The public are invited to join in the fun -- and to bring a few dollars for snacks and wagon rides. It's all for a good cause.

The Colby-Curtis Museum is at 535 Dufferin in Stanstead. For more information, call (819) 876-7322.
