BOARD TRAINING WORKSHOPS:

Workshop #1: “Board Rights and Responsibilities: Knowing Your Roles”
Facilitator: Lise Palmer
Date: March 31, 2012, 10 a.m.-11:30 a.m.

Workshop #2: “Organizational renewal: attracting and motivating new board members and volunteers”
Facilitator: Lise Palmer
Date: March 31, 2012, 12:30 a.m.-2:00 p.m.

PLACE: Auditorium, 2nd floor, Atwater Library, 1200 Atwater, Westmount, Quebec.

LUNCH: For those wishing to attend both workshops, a light lunch will be served following Workshop #1.

COST: These workshops, including lunch, are FREE and are open to board members and staff of museums and historical societies.

REGISTRATION: Registration is required. Please contact QAHN at execdir@qahn.org, or call (819) 564-9595. Space is limited, so please register by March 20, 2012.

Workshop facilitator Lise Palmer is a consultant who specializes in designing and implementing social processes for communities and not-for-profit organizations. She holds an MA in Human Systems Intervention.
