QUEBEC PAST AND PRESENT: 7th COLLOQUIUM ON QUEBEC STUDIES

Eastern Townships Resource Centre (ETRC), in collaboration with the Institute of Quebec Studies located at the State University of New York (SUNY) in Plattsburgh, will hold its Annual Quebec Studies Colloquium, entitled “Quebec: Past & Present,” on March 29 and March 30 2019 at Bishop’s University.

This event will be dedicated to exploring several facets of past and contemporary Quebec society, from increasing nationalism and multilingualism to the role this province plays on the international stage. Presentations about the province’s history and current indigenous affairs are equally part of this year’s program. We are proud to welcome established researcher and promising students from 11 different academic institutions in northern America on our university’s campus.
